C)Ensure documentation compliance and record update for all patients (paper record and EMR) as a part of process. D)Interpret patient information and collaborate with physicians and other team members in decision making about the needed action. E)Maintain Nursing notes and report to the Supervisor/Lead. F)Maintain reports of patient’s medical condition and monitor changes in their condition. G)Handover work log during shift change as per the defined process.
