Job Description

• Daily email monitoring, customer complaints, queries, escalation, feasibility etc. • Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) on email responses. • New Process startup for Existing or New client-Planning and Oversee the process. • Supporting line Managers for senior • Up to date knowledge of all Banking operational issues (processing and collection) for all clients. • Distance measuring for feasibility • Replying to various compliance related questionnaire /information required by clients. • Handling Fastag work • Handling daily Banking operational work • Handling customer relations and queries patiently • Monitoring day to day performance across locations • Support team in various operational requirements wherever required • Maintaining data and data entry accurately • Excellent English- written and spoken communication • Good knowledge of MS Excel
