Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage daily operations of MMV outlets
- Ensure SOP, quality, hygiene, and pricing compliance at outlets
- Conduct regular outlet visits and audits
- Coordinate with franchise owners to resolve operational issues
- Support outlet performance improvement and staff training
Requirements:
- Graduate
- 2–5 years of experience in QSR / retail operations
- Willingness to travel for outlet visits
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
