Sourcing Executive

Role Objective:To manage end-to-end sourcing activities, ensuring timely procurement of quality materials/products at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new vendors/suppliers for required materials or products
• Handle end-to-end sourcing process including RFQs, negotiations, and order finalization
• Compare quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions
• Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors for better pricing and service
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery as per business requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, operations, merchandising, etc.)
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and availability of materials
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase records and vendor details
• Ensure quality standards are met as per company requirements

Key Skills Required:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Vendor management and relationship-building ability
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes
• Basic understanding of Excel and documentation
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
