👥 Manage, lead, and motivate a team of telecallers
📊 Monitor daily performance, call quality, and target achievement
🎯 Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
📞 Handle escalated calls and support team members in closing leads
📈 Analyze reports and improve conversion rates
🧑🏫 Train new joiners and conduct regular coaching sessions
📝 Maintain call records, reports, and MIS data
🔄 Ensure follow-ups are done effectively and on time
🤝 Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead management
