Job Description

Responsibilities: • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing Director’s calendars and schedules. • Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching our office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity. • Coordinating travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations. • Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels. • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts. • Creating presentations and other management-level reports. • Provide inspired leadership for the organization. • Ensure timely completion of team tasks with regular follow-ups. • Assist with recruiting when necessary. • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale. • Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing. • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company. • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations. • Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration. • Experience in management, operations, and leadership. • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees. • Excellent communication skills.
