JOB TITLE – TRAINING & OPERATIONS About Go harvest online LLP - our company provides skill development training across all over India from the last 10 years. In this pandemic, we have created an innovative online platform, where India will learn through this digital platform. This is an online platform, where the tutor will be giving live training and will directly interact with students. And share knowledge with millions of people. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES – 1. Responsibilities would involve training and operations process. 2. Day to day operations and training activity. 3. Facilitate virtual training sessions and TOT 4. Recruitment of tutors/trainers on regular basis. 5. Support in content development. 6. Experience in online trainings preferred. 7. Develop participant training materials for ongoing advanced technical training and for system enhancements/implementations. 8. Continually monitor/update training program materials to reflect the actual operations environment 9. Work with other departments to identify and implement enhancements to training that better reflect the current operations environment and industry practices 10. Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Communicate results regularly to senior management. 11. Liaise with subject-matter experts in the business lines who deliver advanced technical training; support development of training materials, and evaluate materials prepared by instructors. 12. Coach and evaluate subject matter expert instructors on their training delivery. 13. Design and define project charter, milestones and deliverables 14. Manage the progress of the operations team members. 15. Provide Corrective & Preventive measures for zero slippages and client escalations. 16. Track and report progress of activity assigned. 17. Team Management - Facilitate attraction and retention of employees, help enhance employee morale and engagement and ensure effective business delivery. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications – • Competent computer skills (Microsoft outlook, Excel, Adobe PDF & Navision) • Good written and verbal communication skills • Good attention to detail • Should be well organized • Willingness and desire to learn Years of experience- 5-10 Years. Joining- Immediate preferred. Location- Ahmadabad preferred.
