Project Coordinator : Responsibilities : Leading and co-ordinating projects from initial stages through to delivery Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables Reviews daily workloads with all departments and adjusts assignments as needed making sure that the appropriate talent is used and workloads are evenly maintained Makes sure each teammate knows the assignments that they need to complete and the due dates. Acts as the mediator between teammate and clients to establish and re-evaluate priorities Working across multiple projects and ensuring all, clients and teammates are informed of progress and problems Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects Building effective relationships with the clients Desired Skills 1-3 years of experience as Project Coordinator or similar position Ability to multitask, organize and collaborate projects Basic knowledge about website design and development Basic knowledge about WordPress, WooCommerce and Shopify Excellent people management and time management skill Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations Confident and self-assured communicator, able to relay complex, technical information to a variety of clients Fluency in English communication and writing
