Responsibilities: • Assigning task, taking daily progress call, updating MoM and Status to the client. • Preparing Technical document for the project ( BRD, SRS etc ) • Verifying Code commits. • Onboarding Remote Developers with proper training. • Onboarding Customers with proper Training. • Share weekly project progress with customers. • Plan Team Meeting at least once on every project duration. • Making sure Team is learning • Help customers to refine their idea and plan the product roadmaps. • Ensure successful on-time delivery of the project with clear communication. • Update all the communication in the project management tool. • Inform the Account Team for any billing-related communication. • Share honest unbiased feedback to the team on a monthly basis. • Having a tech understanding of Html, CSS, Javascript, Php, and Shopify is a plus • Clear written and oral communication is a must, you would be taking calls from customers and writing various documents and emails. • A positive attitude is appreciated. Location: Rajkot, Gujarat Experience : - A minimum of 2 years of experience is required. - Demonstrated ability to have completed multiple, moderately complex technical tasks. Skills: Project analysis, SRS/BRD document creation, Wireframe creation, friendly with project management tools, divide the project in modules, Set Milestones.
