Responsibilities of Purchase Coordinator: • Making of purchase orders • Materials follow-up till materials reaches at site • Inquiring quotes from Vendor • Vendor comparative preparation • Follow-up at site for GRN & Challan submission. • Follow-up with vendor for bill submission • Verifying materials supplier’s bill •  Bills Forwarding to Accounts team • Prepare Vendor Data List. • Should have experience working in Farvision (ERP) system
