Worked on MonitorPlus or PharmaSuite by Soham Erp JOB RESPONSIBILITIES. -Doing Production Planning on Weekly basis to avoid shortages. -Preparing Purchase order as per Production Planning and send it the same to the respective Suppliers. -Negotiate rate will the Supplier and Follow up with the Supplier for our respective Pending Purchase. -Doing P2P purchase entry for third party n our own company(RM,PM of Nutraceutical section) for all Company. -Required Quotation with third party, Negotiate with them than preparing Purchase Order for the Supplier, Doing Follow Up with Supplier of our Products for timely delivery. -Taking Delivery / Dispatch details from the Supplier and forwarded the same to our Warehouse In charge. -Watching cash flow of purchase and guide us for fund requirement in future. -Evaluating scheme for slow-moving or nonmoving products from my report finding. -Foresight conclusion delivery to us for growth prospective.
