Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. *Key Responsibilities:*

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through research, networking, and referrals.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to clients' needs.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

- Provide feedback to management on the effectiveness of sales strategies and customer preferences.


*Qualifications:*

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in sales or a similar role (X years preferred).

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.

- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
