Roles And Responsibilities Involved in Sourcing, Screening, Profiling, Networking, Candidate Relationship Management and Resume Database management. Recruiting candidates as per Client Specifications. Short-listing profiles based on parameters set by the client. Conducting telephonic interviews. Sourcing resumes from job portals, existing database and other resources. Referencing. Mass Mailing & Personal Networking. Design and implement overall recruiting strategy Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate Job Portals, Social Media, Job Posting Sites Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc Screen candidates resumes. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices. Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Desired Candidate Profile Proven work experience as a Recruiter Hands-on experience with various selection processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong decision-making skills
