Role & Responsibilities: • Recruit, screen, interview and follow up with qualified applicants • Sources for various corporate & technical positions for our clients. • Prescreens a high volume of candidates via resume review, profile, and calls • Coordinates and works closely with our client recruiting team including scheduling with candidates as applicable • Monitors and provides insight for recruitment work flow • Research new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Requirements: • Must be willing to work U.S shift hours • Strong knowledge of Boolean search techniques • Preferred experience with Applicant Tracking systems/Talent Management software • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to handle high volume • Must have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality • 1-2 years of high-volume sourcing work experience will be preferred.
