Job Title: Recruitment Executive (Work From Home)

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

Experience : 1 year in Recruitment

Salary : 12k to 16 + Incentive base on Performance

Job Summary:The Recruitment Executive will be responsible for end-to-end hiring activities, ensuring timely closures of open positions.

The primary responsibility is to achieve a target of 35 successful candidate joinings per month through effective sourcing, screening, and coordination.

JOb Role :

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and databases
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
• Schedule interviews with clients or internal hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and joining confirmation
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding process
• Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Coordinate with clients/HR teams for requirement updates
• Key Target:Monthly Joining Target: 35 Candidates
• Maintain high offer-to-joining ratio
• Ensure quality hiring along with quantity
• Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Knowledge of job portals like Naukri, Indeed, etc.
• Basic understanding of recruitment lifecycle

• Eligibility Criteria:Education: Any Graduate
• Experience: 0–3 years in recruitment (Freshers can apply)
• Laptop & Internet Connection required

• Working Days & Timings:Monday to Saturday (or as per company policy)
• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (Flexible in WFH setup)
