Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Home Loan / LAP

Company: Shubham Housing Finance

Location: Local candidates preferred

Job Summary:

Shubham Housing Finance is looking for a motivated Relationship manager  with experience in Home Loan or LAP (Loan Against Property) products. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, and achieving sales targets for housing finance products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business for Home Loan and LAP products
  • Identify potential customers through field sales, referrals, and local market activities
  • Meet customers, understand their financial needs, and explain suitable loan products
  • Maintain relationships with DSA, connectors, and builders
  • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure proper documentation and customer follow-up

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Home Loan or LAP sales
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
