Responsibilities: Technical Solutions II Customer Acquisition - Understand a customer’s requirements to recommend a customised product and smart home solutions. - Meet customers and deliver technical presentations to highlight how a product/service meets their requirements and generate leads - As a Smart Home consultant you will be suggesting right products for the client which may include Smart Lighting, Smart Switches, Wifi, CCTV and audio video equipments. - You will be responsible for lead generation, quotation, negotiation and final delivery. - You will be single point of contact right from sales to service for the given client. • Develop a sales pipelines, handle sales enquiries and negotiate orders to achieve sales targets • Provide pre and post-sales support to build customer relationships and encourage repeat business, referrals
