A Person should be creative and have the ability to create ideas into visuals. 2. Get the design brief from the senior and conceptualize the visual accordingly. 3. Be accurate and pay attention to each minute detail of the design. 4. Proficient in using design softwares to produce attractive graphics with the use of appropriate colours, layout, and size. 5. Research, think and create various creative designs Like Logo, Brochure, Packaging, Flyer, Hoarding, Invitation Cards, Social Media Posts, Icons, PowerPoint Presentations, Website Banner Design, Space Design 6. Nurturing team of Junior Graphic Designers to enhance performance and provide training and support to create better creatives. 7. Improving work culture through various design oriented activities with team. 8. Effectively adapt the master design and its elements into various kinds of applications. 9. Daily Filling Job Sheet for done tasks and map given timeline. 10. You will have 2 Junior Graphic Designers under you and you just need to focus on creative design making. Repetitive and Non-Creative tasks like image cut-out, redrawing and other such tasks can be done by fellow Junior Designers. EDUCATION a. Minimum Education:- Fine Arts Graduate with Good Command over English b. Technical Education:- Advanced level working experience in Adobe Illusrator, Photoshop, Indesign & Coreldraw, Intermediate level knowledge of Word, Excel & Powerpoint. Gujarati – Hindi type setting using Shreelipi software c. Must be Good at Photo Composition using advanced photoshop techniques to create eye catchy visuals and give it a cinematic look EXPERIENCE a. Minimum Experience Graphic Design: - 5 years b. Minimum Experience: - 3 Years’ experience in Creative Design Agency for Print Media Design Jobs BEHAVIROUAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS a.
