We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire individuals for various roles in our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, 0-5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems, and the ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you’ll often be asked to work closely with others across different departments. Roles And responsibilities: • Creating comprehensive talent sourcing and recruitment strategies, leveraging internal and external resources in order to hire the best talent in the market for all the departments at all levels • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing initial level screening • Take ownership of the interview process and candidate's experience • Fulfilling order board requirements as per assigned vacancies • Handling communication within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution
