Responsible to maintain Store inward record correctly Also responsible to maintain store outward record & correct posting of inward/outward material in the stock register in the ERP system whenever ERP in accessible. However, whether ERP accessible or not , the Store keepers are responsible to maintain correct & proper accounting of material All stock inventory inward or outward to be posted maximum within 5 days of such transaction, in case any transaction is kept pending for more than 5 days, the Storekeeper will be held responsible for the same & disciplinary action will be initiating with them.
