Job Description

Toppr is looking for an Executive or Senior Executive in its Talent Acquisition team, with 2 – 5 years of experience in BPO Hiring / Sales Hiring / Online Tutor hiring. Especially for Product based companies/Startups or such clients. As a recruiter, you’ll own and deliver on the sales hiring strategy and its executive. You’ll source potential candidates on a large scale and build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best sales talent at Toppr.
