Candidate would be responsible to generate, qualify and distribute leads to sales team as per direction given by company. Roles and Responsibilities:- • Inform customers about company's products/services and offers and generate the leads. • Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible • Job involves tele calling, lead generation and lead management • Candidate should have complete knowledge about excel and Microsoft word. • Candidate should be efficient in operating computers • Doing Data Entry in System as per SOP and Maintaining Records • Making Reports on daily / weekly and Monthly basis (Lead management report / Lead conversion report / Lead distribution report etc. Desired SkillSet:- • Should be graduate - Fresh or with 1-2 years of experience • Good verbal communication and presentation skills. • Ability to generate leads • Good MIS and Report making is an added advantage • Should be expert with communication in Gujarati , Hindi & English • Should be calm and polite • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results
