Role Overview


We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive who can manage tender-related documentation and submission processes accurately and on time. The candidate should have basic understanding of tender systems, government / private tender procedures, and strong documentation skills.


Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant government and private tenders from various tender portals

Read and understand tender requirements carefully

Prepare, compile, and verify all tender-related documents

Coordinate internally for collection of technical, financial, and statutory documents

Ensure timely submission of tenders without errors

Maintain tender records, trackers, and submission status

Follow up for corrigendum, clarifications, and updates on submitted tenders

Support management in preparing compliance documents and bid formats

Required Skills

Attention to detail is mandatory

Basic understanding of tender filing process

Good documentation and formatting skills

Ability to read tender clauses carefully

Knowledge of Excel, Word, PDF handling, and email communication

Organized and deadline-driven working style

Candidate Profile

Minimum 6 months of experience in tender handling

Graduate in any discipline

Solar industry experience is not mandatory

Able to learn systems quickly

Responsible and process-oriented

Preferred Qualities

Strong follow-up ability
