Job Title: Retail Counter Executive – Credit Card & Financial Services
Job Location: Retail Counter Office
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time (Permanent Position Available)
Job Summary:We are looking for a Retail Counter Executive to manage Credit Card and Financial Service operations at our office counter. The role involves handling customer transactions, promoting financial products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day terminal operations.
- Key Responsibilities:Operate the Credit Card to Bank Transfer service terminal.
- Process Credit Card Bill Payment services accurately.
- Promote and generate New Credit Card sales.
- Cross-sell Gold Loan services and related financial products.
- Handle walk-in customer inquiries and provide proper guidance.
- Maintain transaction records and daily reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
- Candidate Requirements:Basic knowledge of banking / credit card services preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer operation knowledge.
- Responsible, honest, and target-oriented.
- Ability to handle customers at a retail counter efficiently.
- Job Nature:Fully retail counter-based office work.
- No field work involved.
- Fixed Day Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
