Job Description
Key Responsibilities - Dosa Master
- Prepare dosa varieties (plain, masala, ghee roast, etc.) as per standard recipes
- Ensure consistency in taste, crispness, and presentation
- Manage batter quality and fermentation
- Maintain cleanliness of dosa station and equipment
- Handle high-volume orders efficiently
- Monitor stock of batter, chutneys, and accompaniments
- Minimize wastage and ensure proper portion control
Key Responsibilities - Parotta Master
- Prepare parottas with proper texture and layering
- Maintain consistency in taste and portion size
- Prepare dough and ensure proper resting time
- Operate tawa efficiently during peak hours
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking area
- Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service
Key Responsibilities:- Indo-Chinese
- Prepare noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, and other quick-service items
- Follow standard recipes and portion sizes
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Ensure timely preparation during peak hours
- Maintain hygiene of cooking area and equipment
- Prepare ingredients (vegetables, sauces, marinades) in advance
- Monitor stock of sauces, vegetables, and raw materials
