Subject: Immediate Hiring: Experienced, Desktop Support Engineer and System Admin.

We are currently looking to hire an Desktop Support Engineer and System Admin to join our team immediately. If you have a strong background in IT support and are looking for a challenging role, we would love to hear from you.
Position: Desktop Support Engineer and System Admin
Location: [Rajajinagar, Bengaluru]
Employment Type: [Full-time / Contract / Permanent]
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Perform card-level replacement, diagnose and resolve issues with desktops, laptops, iMacs, MacBooks, and peripheral devices.
- Hardware Maintenance: Perform system upgrades and routine maintenance (RAM, hard drives, GPUs, etc.)
- Disk Management, Partitions, Folder sharing, Access Permission.
- Troubleshoot application through remote management tool VNC, Any desk, TeamViewer and RDP.
- Backup & Recovery / Inventory Management: Manage data backup solutions, asset tracking, and license management.
- User Support:- Offering assistance to end-users via phone, email, or in-person, guiding them through technical problems and providing solutions. -Perform follow-up calls and visits and update customer status and information.
- Email Configuration: Set-up, troubleshoot, and manage Microsoft Outlook, including backup and recovery.
- Installation and configuration of network, Wireless printers and Scanners.
- Network Skills Configuration of Firewall, Switches, Server, Routers, VLANs & Inter VLAN, Subnetting, VTP, NAT, OSPF, RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, IPv4 Routing, TCP/IP Model, Access Lists, IPv4 & IPv6, Frame Relay, Redistribution, Tunneling, IPsec.
- Windows Server Configuration: Active Directory, Domain Controllers, DHCP, DNS, FTP, Web server(IIS), File Server, Terminal Server, Creating User and Groups, Backup & Restore, Remote Access, Sharing and Security.
- Linux Server Configuration: Installation, Configuration, Monitoring, Backup& Restore, LVM configuration, Troubleshooting, Storage configuration (RAID Creation), FTP, Patch updating, Apache web server and Samba server configuration.
- Security: Maintain system integrity through antivirus management and firewall configurations.
