Job SummaryWoodtech Consultants Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to handle installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing activities at customer locations. The candidate should provide timely technical support, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain service quality standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation and commissioning of machines/equipment at customer sites.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve service issues on time.
• Coordinate with internal technical and spare parts teams.
• Prepare service reports and update service records regularly.
• Provide technical guidance and training to customers when required.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Maintain good customer relationships and service standards.
• Travel to customer locations across India as per service requirements.
• Required SkillsStrong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or industrial equipment.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge and report preparation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• QualificationDiploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in field service or technical support.
• Preferred RequirementsExperience in industrial machinery or manufacturing equipment servicing.
• Knowledge of PLC, automation systems, or machine maintenance is an added advantage.
• Valid driving license preferred.
