Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle sales activities in assigned area (North / South / East / West Bangalore).
- Visit retail shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, and distributors regularly.
- Promote and sell company spice products in the market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and dealers.
- Take orders and coordinate for timely delivery.
- Ensure proper product availability and display in shops.
- Collect market feedback and report competitor activity.
- Support brand growth in the assigned territory.
Sales Target
- Achieve as defined by company
- Work towards consistent monthly growth after target achievement.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of FMCG / spices / retail sales experience preferred
- Good communication and selling skills
- Two-wheeler preferred
- Knowledge of Bangalore market areas
