Job Description
- Assist clients in understanding and applying for various loan products.
- Conduct telephonic outreach to potential and existing clients to offer loan services.
- Evaluate and verify loan applications and supporting documents.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and loan processing activities.
- Achieve weekly, and monthly tele calling and loan processing targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales and underwriting teams to streamline the loan approval process.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and new loan products.
