Job Description
- Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, equipment, and services in line with company policies and requirements.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Evaluate supplier performance and provide feedback to ensure quality standards are met.
- Process purchase requisitions and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and specifications.
- Address and resolve any issues related to delayed deliveries, damaged goods, or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on market trends and new products to optimize procurement efficiency.
- Support in preparing reports and analyses to track procurement performance and cost savings.
