Relationship Wealth Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Wealth Manager to build and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and revenue generation through a wide range of wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and equity investments.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Business Development
- Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Build and expand Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across wealth products
Product Advisory
Recommend and cross-sell suitable financial products, including:
- Mutual Funds
- Insurance
- PMS / AIF
- Equity & Derivatives
- Fixed Income Products
- Candidate Requirements
Education
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field
- NISM certification preferred
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Banking, Broking, or Financial Advisory
Skills
- Strong client acquisition and networking abilities
- Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
- Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
Preferred Background
- Experience handling HNI or Ultra HNI clients
- Existing client network in the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
- Experience in mutual fund distribution, insurance, or equity advisory
Compensation
- Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
- Unlimited earning potential with no cap on incentives for high performers
