Sales Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Team Leader to manage and drive our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for leading a team, achieving sales targets, and ensuring smooth sales management processes. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and the ability to handle both team performance and customer interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and weekly targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Monitor daily performance and guide team members for improvement

Ensure proper customer handling and high conversion rates

Train, motivate, and support the sales team

Track sales reports and maintain performance data

Handle escalations and resolve customer issues

Identify new sales opportunities and improve business growth

Basic Requirements:

Minimum Education: Post Graduate

English Level Required: Basic to Intermediate (Good English Communication Skills)

Total Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

Minimum Experience: At least 2 Years in Sales

Age Limit: 30 – 40 Years
