Job Description

Job Profile: Senior STEM Trainer


Number Of Position – 3


Position Overview


A Senior STEM Trainer is responsible for delivering advanced STEM education programs, mentoring students, and leading robotics, AI, and innovation-based learning in schools and training centers.


Key Responsibilities


Training & Teaching


  1. Deliver hands-on training in Robotics, AI, Electronics, and STEM modules
  2. Conduct engaging classroom and lab sessions for students (Grades 1–10)
  3. Train students on Arduino, sensors, automation projects
  4. Guide students in building real-world projects (robots, IoT systems, etc.)
  5. Prepare lesson plans aligned with school curriculum (CBSE/ICSE)


Advanced Learning & Innovation


  1. Teach concepts like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning basics, IoT
  2. Mentor students for competitions, exhibitions, and innovation challenges
  3. Conduct special workshops (Drone Tech, Aeromodelling, etc.)
  4. Support development of new STEM modules and curriculum


Lab & Program Management


  1. Set up and manage STEM labs in schools
  2. Maintain lab equipment (robots, sensors, kits)
  3. Ensure safety and proper usage of tools
  4. Support school demos, exhibitions, and events


Coordination & Communication


  1. Interact with school coordinators and management
  2. Provide student progress updates to parents/schools
  3. Assist in workshops, demos, and promotional events


Required Skills


  1. Strong knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Arduino, Sensors
  2. Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts
  3. Excellent teaching and presentation skills
  4. Hands-on project-building experience
  5. Classroom management & student engagement skills


Qualifications


  1. B.Tech / B.E / B.Sc (Electronics, Robotics, Computer Science, Mechatronics)
  2. 2-5 years experience in STEM training / teaching


Preferred Skills


  1. Experience with ESP32, IoT, Drone Tech, 3D Printing
  2. Knowledge of coding (Python / Arduino IDE)
  3. Experience in school programs or EdTech companies
