Assistant Doctor

We are looking for a dedicated Duty Doctor (BAMS/MBBS) to provide primary medical care, assist in patient management, and support pain management treatments. The doctor will be responsible for patient assessment, coordination with specialists, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct initial patient assessment, history taking, and basic examination
• Assist senior doctors in diagnosis and treatment planning
• Monitor patient progress and maintain medical records
• Handle IPD/OPD patients and manage day-to-day clinical duties
• Provide immediate care in case of emergencies
• Coordinate with physiotherapists, dieticians, and other departments
• Ensure proper documentation, prescriptions, and discharge summaries
• Educate patients about treatment plans and follow-ups
• Maintain hospital protocols, hygiene, and patient safety standards
• Key Skills:Good clinical knowledge and patient handling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure
• Basic computer knowledge (EMR/documentation)
• Patient-focused and ethical approach
• Qualifications:MBBS or BAMS from a recognized institution
• Valid Medical Registration (mandatory)
• 0–4 years of experience (freshers can also apply)
