Assistant Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations

• Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Ensure compliance with Wow! Momo SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and shift management.

2. Team Management

• Support recruitment, induction, and on-the-job training of store staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing during all shifts.
• Motivate, guide, and supervise team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Handle basic employee grievances and escalate when required.

3. Customer Experience

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and courteous service.
• Handle customer complaints effectively and ensure quick resolution.
• Maintain service standards as per Wow! Momo brand guidelines.

4. Sales & Cost Control

• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor food cost, wastage, inventory levels, and ordering.
• Support implementation of promotions, offers, and new product launches.

5. Inventory & Vendor Coordination

• Ensure timely ordering and proper storage of raw materials.
• Conduct stock checks and minimize pilferage and wastage.
• Coordinate with vendors and central kitchen as required.

6. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure statutory compliance (FSSAI, hygiene audits, safety norms).
• Maintain records related to attendance, sales, inventory, and audits.
• Support Restaurant Manager in preparing reports and audits.
