Customer Interaction

• Greet customers and understand vehicle concerns or service requirements.
• Explain service processes, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding repair status.

Service Process Management

• Create accurate job cards and record customer complaints.
• Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and repair vehicles.
• Ensure all work is carried out as per manufacturer guidelines.

Vehicle Delivery

• Explain repairs performed and charges to the customer.
• Ensure proper billing and documentation before delivery.
• Confirm customer satisfaction at the time of vehicle handover.

Customer Satisfaction

• Maintain high standards of service quality and professionalism.
• Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
• Support customer retention through excellent service experience.
• Skills & RequirementsDiploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or relevant field preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in automobile service (preferred).
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and service processes.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
