. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential customers through market research, cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Generate qualified leads aligned with company’s target segments.
- Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain updated database of prospects and follow-up activities.
2. Customer Engagement & Requirement Analysis
- Meet prospective customers to understand their needs and technical requirements.
- Present company products/services effectively.
- Coordinate with internal technical/operations team for solution feasibility.
- Prepare customized proposals and quotations.
3. Sales Conversion & Closing
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Handle objections professionally and convert prospects into customers.
- Close sales deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Ensure proper documentation and order processing.
- Follow up for payments and coordinate with accounts team.
4. Account Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends.
5. Marketing Coordination
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and business meetings.
- Provide market feedback to marketing team for campaign improvement.
- Assist in brand positioning and local market penetration.
6. Business Development Activities
- Identify new market segments and expansion opportunities.
- Develop channel partners / distributors if required.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
- Contribute ideas for product positioning and growth strategy.
7. Reporting & MIS
- Maintain daily sales activity reports.
- Track sales funnel progress and forecast revenue.
- Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to management.
- Update CRM system regularly.

- Monthly & quarterly sales target achievement
- Number of new leads generated
- Conversion ratio (Lead to Order %)
- Revenue growth from assigned territory
- Collection efficiency

Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–5 years experience in Sales / Business Development
- Experience in B2B sales preferred
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an advantage
