🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer billing at checkout counters with accuracy and efficiency.
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems and manage cash, card, and digital payments.
• Issue receipts, process refunds, and manage returns as per company policy.
• Maintain proper cash handling procedures and reconcile cash drawers at the end of shifts.
• Assist customers with queries related to billing, discounts, and offers.
• Ensure smooth customer flow at counters and provide polite, professional service.
• Report discrepancies, shortages, or excess cash to the store manager.
• Support store operations during peak hours when required.

📋 RequirementsMinimum qualification:

• 10th pass or above (Graduate preferred).
• Prior experience in cashiering, retail, or billing operations is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of computers and billing software/POS systems.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English/Hindi/regional language.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
