Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines
  • Assist in food preparation, cutting, marination, and mise en place
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion sizes
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen as per food safety standards
  • Monitor stock levels and inform seniors about shortages
  • Follow instructions from Chef de Partie / Sous Chef
  • Ensure proper storage of food items and avoid wastage
  • Maintain discipline and teamwork within the kitchen
  • RequirementsMinimum 5–6 years of experience as a Commis or Cook
  • Good knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
