Cook / Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cook/Chef specializing in Chinese and North Indian cuisines. The ideal candidate should be able to prepare authentic dishes, maintain food quality and hygiene standards, and manage kitchen operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a wide range of Chinese and North Indian dishes (veg and non-veg as required).
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
• Plan daily menus and assist with new dish development when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen according to food safety standards.
• Manage food preparation, chopping, marination, and cooking processes.
• Monitor inventory, minimize wastage, and assist with ingredient ordering.
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and cooked food.
• Work efficiently during peak hours and coordinate with kitchen staf
