Required Skills

Strong communication (neutral Indian accent)

Good customer service & active listening skills

Attention to detail for updating patient information

Ability to communicate calmly with patients

Education: Graduate (Degree mandatory)

Languages: English +Bengoli or Assamese or Gujrathi or Hindi

Medical terminology knowledge is a plus

Working Days: 5 days | 2 rotational offs


Salary

Fresher ₹2.8 LPA (~₹21K take home)
