🚀🔥 WE ARE HIRING – *Customer support executive [voice blended process- regulated sector] 🔥🚀


📌 Requirements:

* Min 1-2 years relevant Experience into [voice and /or email - fintech , BFSI,insurance , telecom]

* Strong communication, problem-solving, and compliance awareness skills.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls along with email support.

* Escalate complex issues to relevant teams and ensure timely closure.

* Follow company policies and regulatory guidelines (RBI, TRAI, etc )


💰 ₹45,000ctc -50,000 ctc Salary [ based on the last take home salary]

 🗓 Shift :- 

 Day shift

6days working - Sunday fixed off 

🎓 PUC / Graduation

🗣 Excellent English + Hindi Mandatory

⚡ Immediate Joiners Preferred
