• Handle customer inquiries from WhatsApp, Instagram, website, and email
• Convert online leads into confirmed sales
• Provide product information such as gold weight, purity, pricing, and certification
• 2. Product Listing & Catalogue ManagementUpload jewellery products on the website or marketplaces
• Write product descriptions, pricing, and specifications
• Update product images and stock availability
• Ensure accurate information about BIS hallmark, diamond certification, etc.
• 3. Social Media Sales SupportAssist in managing jewellery sales through Instagram and Facebook
• Respond to customer messages and comments
• Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions
• 4. Order ProcessingProcess online orders and coordinate packaging and shipping
• Ensure safe handling of jewellery shipments
• Track deliveries and update customers
• 5. Customer ServiceHandle online customer queries, complaints, and returns
• Provide after-sales support
