Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in product selection.
- Convert walk-ins into sales and achieve individual/store targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
- Manage stock arrangement and support inventory processes.
- Maintain customer records and ensure organized cash counter operations.
- Communicate customer feedback to management.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and training requirements.
