Financial Services Representative

Position SummaryThe Financial Services Representative is responsible for evaluating online loan applications, verifying financial documentation, and supporting risk assessment processes to enable accurate and timely lending decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adherence to compliance standards while working closely with internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate loan applications for accuracy, completeness, and eligibility
• Verify applicant documentation including income proofs, bank statements, and transaction history
• Analyze financial data to assess risk and support informed lending decisions
• Ensure strict adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance standards
• Maintain well-organized digital records and documentation for audit readiness
• Coordinate with customer service and internal teams to expedite application processing
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, record management, and reporting
• Identify discrepancies or red flags in applications and escalate as required
• 3. Eligibility Criteria (Must-Have)Minimum age: 21 years or above
• Willingness to work in night shifts (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)
• Must reside within 25 km radius for company-provided cab facility
• Reliable attendance and ability to commute consistently
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
• Good analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making

• Proficiency in verbal and written English communication
