ICU Nurse

1. Deliver high-quality and compassionate care to critically ill patients in the MICU.
2. Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
3. Administer medications, IV fluids, and prescribed treatments accurately.
4. Operate and monitor critical care equipment like ventilators, infusion pumps, etc.
5. Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to implement care plans.
6. Respond quickly to emergency situations and participate in resuscitation procedures.
7. Educate patients and families on post-ICU care and recovery processes.
8. Maintain meticulous patient records and follow hospital protocols.
9. Comply with infection control measures, safety protocols, and ethical standards.
10. Stay updated with advanced ICU nursing techniques and developments.

Requirements:

• GNM.

• Valid Nursing license and registration.

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven MICU nursing experience.

• In-depth knowledge of MICU protocols, emergency response, and equipment handling.

• Excellent clinical judgment, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Resilience and ability to work under high-pressure and emergency conditions.

• Familiarity with modern MICU systems and digital documentation practices
