Job Title: Jewellery Sales Executive (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Female Jewellery Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in jewellery sales. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for sales and customer service in the jewellery retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting jewellery items based on their preferences and requirements.
• Provide detailed product information about gold, diamond, and other jewellery collections.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain display standards and ensure the showroom is well-presented.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and after-sales service professionally.
• Keep updated with the latest jewellery trends and product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery sales or jewellery showroom.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of jewellery (gold, diamond, gemstones) is required.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work in a team.
• Basic computer knowledge for billing and sales entry.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in retail jewellery brands or showrooms.
• Multilingual communication skills (English, Hindi & Kannada).
• Good negotiation and customer engagement skills.

Salary: Competitive salary + Sales Incentives (based on experience)

Working Hours: As per showroom timing (including weekends and holidays).
