Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with a primary focus on data entry to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting financial data into our accounting systems, ensuring records are up-to-date, and assisting with general accounting tasks. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
  • Maintain and update financial records and documents
  • Assist in reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts
  • Support accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Perform regular audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Organize and file financial documents for record-keeping
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team as needed
