Overseas Education Counsellor

Oaks Overseas is seeking a motivated and student-focused Overseas Educational Counsellor to represent the organization within a college campus. The counsellor will guide students in exploring international education opportunities, assist with university applications, and provide end-to-end support for studying abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions for students interested in overseas education
• Provide accurate information on study destinations, universities, courses, and admission requirements
• Assist students with application processes, including documentation and deadlines
• Guide students on visa procedures, scholarships, and financial planning
• Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions on studying abroad
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college staff and students
• Promote Oaks Overseas services within the campus through engagement activities
• Stay updated on international education trends, policies, and university updates
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any relevant field
• Prior experience in education counselling or overseas consultancy is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trust and rapport with students
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Basic knowledge of visa processes and international admissions preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools
