WHAT YOU'LL DO:

1. Lead floor service — manage dine-in, takeaway & delivery

2. Command the service counter — order assembly, packing, dispatch

3. Coordinate between kitchen and customers

4. Handle billing, cash counter & UPI payments

5. Train and manage junior waiters & service boys

6. Ensure order accuracy on kitchen display system

WE NEED:

1. 2+ years restaurant/hotel experience (Captain, Waiter, Steward, Counter)

2. Can handle busy service — 200+ orders/day

3. Hindi/Urdu/Kannada speaking

4. Comfortable with day AND night shifts

5. Leadership — can manage 5-10 junior staff
